Withdrawal and refunds

1. You have the right to withdraw from the Pro contract (Pro until your exam or Pro monthly) within 14 days without giving any reason.
2. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day the contract was concluded, that is the day the payment was confirmed.
3. This right belongs to a Consumer and to a sole trader for whom the contract is not of a professional nature.
4. The Free plan, the trial and referral days cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund; you can stop using the Free plan at any time.

1. To withdraw, tell us – [to be filled in: business name], [to be filled in: registered address], email [to be filled in: contact email] – of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or by email).
2. You may use the model withdrawal form (section 7), but you do not have to. The simplest way is an email from your Account address: "I withdraw from the Pro contract concluded on [date]".
3. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your statement before the withdrawal period ends.
4. We confirm receipt of your statement by email.

1. At purchase you ask for Pro to start at once, before the withdrawal period ends. If you asked for the service to start before the withdrawal period ended, you pay us an amount proportional to what was provided up to the moment you told us you were withdrawing from this contract.
2. Pro until your exam: we keep 249 zł × (days from purchase to withdrawal ÷ all days of access bought at purchase). Example: 100 days of access, withdrawal after 10 days – we refund 90% of the price.
3. Pro monthly: we keep 59 zł × (days from the start of the period to withdrawal ÷ days in the billing period). Withdrawal ends the subscription at once; no further payment is taken.
4. The day of purchase and the day of withdrawal count as days of use. Trial days and referral days are free and do not reduce the refund.
5. If you did not ask for the service to start at purchase, or we did not tell you about the right of withdrawal, we refund the full amount you paid.

1. If you withdraw from this contract, we refund all payments received from you, minus the amount in section 3, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we were told of your decision to withdraw.
2. We refund using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction (a Stripe refund to your card, BLIK or the Przelewy24 account), unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event you will not pay any fees for the refund.
3. After withdrawal Pro stops and the Account returns to the Free plan. Your study data stays and you can export it at any time.

1. The right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully provided with your express prior consent, after you were told that you would lose the right once the service was provided (Article 38(1)(1) of the Consumer Rights Act).
2. Pro until your exam lasts until the exam sitting plus a few days, and Pro monthly lasts a month, so in practice you can withdraw with a proportional refund throughout the 14 days.

1. You can cancel Pro monthly at any time in Settings → Plan & billing → Manage subscription. Pro then keeps working until the end of the paid period and no further payment is taken, but there is no refund for the current period.
2. If you want your money back within 14 days of buying, send a withdrawal statement (section 2) rather than only cancelling.
3. Pro until your exam does not renew, so there is nothing to cancel.
